Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Heavier orders may be shipped via FedEx at our discretion. All GROUND orders shipped at a flat rate of $3.50.
AIR SHIPPING: FedEx 2-Day and Standard Overnight is available. Rates are calculated at check out.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All sales are final. Inspect order promptly. Claims for damaged, defects or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or a credit will be applied to the account. NO CASH REFUNDS. Contact customer service for RMA before returning merchandise for ANY reason. Unauthorized returns or merchandise ordered in error will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

What types of fill are used in your products?
Except for our eye masks which utilize a Poly fill, Candi Andi is proud to use all natural organic fills in all of our products. Our therapeutic products, 6” and 4” pillows, are filled with all natural organic flax seeds and lavender blossoms. Our 12” and larger pillows are filled with all natural organic buckwheat hulls and lavender blossoms. Our zafu/yoga floor cushions are filled with all natural organic buckwheat hulls.
How do I care for my Candi Andi product?
We recommend spot cleaning only for all of our products.
How are Candi Andi products made?
Each Candi Andi design was originally created by soft sculpture artist Andrea Soltis-Coonick. Every item is handmade in the U.S.A. Candi Andi is proud to support ‘stay at home moms’ and retired women as our seamstresses.
Can I place my Candi Andi product in the microwave or freezer?
Yes. Due to many variances in fill, size of the product and the varying power of microwaves, we suggest starting at 30 second intervals for all products. Exact heating instructions are provided on your Candi Andi hang tag or packaging.
Why does my Candi Andi product look different than the image on the website?
Candi Andi products are all hand made. Due to the unique process of hand crafting our products, Candi Andi cannot guarantee that your product will exactly like the images on our website. What we can guarantee is that your Candi Andi product will be one of a kind! This is due to the hand cutting of the fabric, different die lots of the velvet, and the hand dyed tie dye, that allows each piece to be uniquely created.
